Congratulations to the Westlock Red Lions, National Champions!

The Westlock Red Lions won the Over 43 Division of the Canadian Baseball Championships and Devon Physical Therapy was there helping to keep the team in peak playing condition.

 

Elise Gervais was in Medicine Hat not only cheering on the team but also acting as team therapist.

 

The Red Lions beat teams from Camrose, Yorkton, and Regina on the way to the final. In the final they met the defending champions from Scarborough, Ontario. The Red Lions had a total team effort to win the game 10-1.

 

It is the First National Championship for the Red Lions, but they will have a chance to get another next year when they go to Hamilton to defend their championship.
